We publish these terms so customers can make informed purchase decisions and understand return and refund timelines and conditions. Yes. Returns are accepted only if the product meets the eligibility conditions below and the return request is submitted within the return window. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by carrier tracking). We do not offer substitutions to different products or variants. We provide a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. If your item is confirmed defective, we will replace it with an identical device. Returns are completed by mail or courier pickup (no in-store returns). After your request is approved, we will email return instructions. Once the return is received, we inspect the package to confirm eligibility. If the return is not eligible (for example, opened or used), it may be rejected and returned to you at your cost (where feasible). If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection and approval, and in any case within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the credit after we initiate the refund.
