Return, Refund & Replacement Policy (India)

Effective date: 17 February 2026

This policy applies to purchases made on dechoker.in shipped to addresses in India and paid in INR. We publish these terms so customers can make informed purchase decisions and understand return and refund timelines and conditions.

Returns

Are returns accepted?

Yes. Returns are accepted only if the product meets the eligibility conditions below and the return request is submitted within the return window.

Return window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery (as confirmed by carrier tracking).

Return eligibility

• Unopened and unused: The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all contents included.
• Proof of purchase required: Order number and the email address or phone number used for the order.
• Hygiene and safety restriction: For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used devices, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective, damaged, or not as described at delivery.

Non-returnable cases (unless required by law)

• Opened packaging, used device, or missing components
• Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear
• Requests submitted after the 14-day return window

Exchanges and replacements

Exchanges

We do not offer substitutions to different products or variants.

90-Day Warranty (manufacturing defects)

We provide a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. If your item is confirmed defective, we will replace it with an identical device.

• Warranty claims may require photos, video, and/or return of the product for inspection.
• This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.

Return method

Returns are completed by mail or courier pickup (no in-store returns). After your request is approved, we will email return instructions.

How to start a return

Please include your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos of the unopened package (if applicable).

Return shipping costs

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent) or the item is damaged or defective on arrival: we will arrange pickup or provide a prepaid return label where available.
• If you changed your mind and the product is eligible (unopened and unused within 14 days): return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Inspection and approvals

Once the return is received, we inspect the package to confirm eligibility. If the return is not eligible (for example, opened or used), it may be rejected and returned to you at your cost (where feasible).

Refund processing time

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection and approval, and in any case within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the credit after we initiate the refund.

Order cancellations

• Before shipment: contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.
• After shipment: cancellations are not guaranteed; you may need to follow the standard return process (if eligible).
